Database Changes
Being a minor release, EJBCA 7.0.1 features no database changes. If upgrading from 6.15 or earlier versions of EJBCA, the changes are the same as for EJBCA 7.0.0.
Behavioral Changes
SN Entropy set per CA
As of EJBCA 7.0.1, serial number entropy is set per CA instead of globally from the ca.serialnumberoctetsize property in cesecore.properties, and the default value has been raised from 8 octets to 20 octets. Existing CA's will be automatically upgraded using the existing value set, while new CA's will by default be given 20 octets of entropy.
